央行降准實施　4000億獲釋資金半數被衝抵 Feb 26th 2012, 22:19 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕中國央行在2月24日進行年內首次降准0.5個百分點開始實施。降准後，大型金融機構執行20.5%的標準，中小金融機構則為17%，將向金融系統釋放資金4000億元左右。
