街頭藝人換證 　即日起受理申請 Mar 28th 2012, 14:56 〔記者黃村杉╱新北報導〕免費受理街頭藝人換證申請，新北市政府文化局自即日起至4月3日止，受理街頭藝人許可證換證申請，凡持有新北市街頭藝人許可證，有效期限至今年5月31日到期的街頭藝人，可在換證期限內提出申請。
