專訪╱張善政：App 鑑賞期爭議　宜多元修法創造多贏局面 Mar 28th 2012, 00:45 〔記者甘偉中╱專訪〕去年台北市政府與 Google 因手機下載 App 程式是否適用 7 天鑑賞期一事，無法達成共識，造成 Google 被處 100 萬元罰緩，並退出台灣付費 App 市場。此事不但導致消費者無法購買，同時也對台灣 App 產業發展造成影響。行政院政務委員張善政接受NOWnews今日新聞專訪時指出，現今社會多元化，宜視情況訂定不同層次的規範，方能多贏。
